However, if we fund your loan ourselves, your Application will not proceed to the Lender Search Service. INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR VISITS TO OUR SITE

We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

WHO WILL WE GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO AS PART OF YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS

  • We are a Lender and a Broker and so while we would love to fund your Loan Application, should we for any reason be unable to do so, we may give your information to carefully selected 3rd Parties (Financial Services Companies)* so that they can contact you about products and services that may be of interest to you via SMS, telephone, Automated Voice Messaging and / or email; credit reference and fraud prevention agencies; people or companies that provide a service to us or act on our behalf, on the understanding that they will keep the information confidential. If they are located in another country (which may be outside of the European Economic Area) we will make sure that they agree to apply the same levels of protection as we are required to apply to information held in the UK and to use your information only for the purpose of providing a service to us or yourself;
  • any 3rd Party who introduced you to us so that they can contact you and for their own accounting and administration purposes and;
  • anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under this Agreement.
  • We may also give out information about you if we have a duty to do so or if the law requires or allows us to do so.
  • If you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions but later decide that your wish to change your consent, please email or telephone us informing us of your change and we will ensure that your details are not used in this way.

*We are not only a Lender, but a Broker too and so this may also include that in the event that your loan application with us is declined, we may offer your application to other Licensed Lenders/Financial Services Companies to try and secure a loan elsewhere for you. You may be contacted by SMS, Telephone, Post, Automated Voice Messaging and / or email. In the event that you are contacted by another Lender/ Financial Services Company, please be sure to read their Terms and Conditions and make yourself aware of their Representative APR rate and any fee’s associated with any offer’s that they may provide. Please note that in the event we do find an alternative Lender for you, we may accept a commission from that Lender for introducing your application to them. No fee is charged to you. 

Please Note: Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your Home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.  

TRANSACTIONS CONCLUDED THROUGH OUR SITE

Contracts for the supply of SERVICES formed through our site or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions.

UPLOADING MATERIAL TO OUR SITE

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our acceptable use policy. In the event that you enter into a DMP or IVA, or are made bankrupt, after you enter into an agreement with us, you must notify us immediately.
